As Team Manager, you will be the connecting force of the project. You will oversee planning, finance, and communication so the technical and organizational sides move in lockstep. You will guide the management team, enable every subgroup to perform at its best, and foster a motivated, united, high-performing culture.

What you willl do
- Oversee overall progress, finance, and performance of the team and project.
- Lead the management team and facilitate all subgroups in their needs.
- Maintain the project timeline, goals, milestones, and deliverables; resolve blockers quickly.
- Ensure smooth internal communication and a positive, high-trust team culture.
- Support decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- Represent the team in meetings with partners, universities, and media.
- Monitor workload and wellbeing; promote sustainable ways of working during busy phases.
- Support event and competition preparation, including logistics coordination and team coordination.
