As Marketing Manager, you steer how the world sees our team and mission. You coordinate all marketing and communications, lead a small team, and work closely with partnerships and management to ensure consistent, effective storytelling across every channel.

What you willl do
  • Develop and execute the marketing & communication strategy for the team and project cycle.
  • Lead the marketing & communications team; align priorities with partnerships and management.
  • Help manage channels: social media, newsletters, website updates, and press releases.
  • Coordinate sponsor visibility and partner communications with the partnerships team.
  • Oversee branding, design, and content production (such as photo, video, graphics) to keep a coherent identity.
  • Support internal communication and foster team spirit through storytelling and events.
  • Monitor analytics and engagement; continuously strive to improve reach and impact.
