As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll design, optimize, and validate every electrical system in our next-generation solar car. From solar arrays and battery management to PCB design and HV safety, you’ll turn theory into performance and reliability on the road to Australia.

What you willl do
  • Design and optimize electrical systems such as the solar deck, battery, and High Voltage/Low Voltage systems.
  • Develop and validate PCB designs - from schematic to prototype testing.
  • Research and evaluate every possible solar and battery cell to find most optimal solution.
  • Work with software packages such as; Altium, SolidWorks, and LTSpice.
  • Collaborate with other engineers such as (software, mechanical, and strategy) to ensure seamless integration of all components in the car.
  • Support the full production, assembly, and testing of the solar car.
  • Ensure system safety, performance, safety standards and compliance with challenge regulations.
  • Contribute to innovation by exploring new technologies and working on new innovation concepts.
  • Manage your entire workflow yourself, from research and designing, to building and testing your selfmade PCBs, finding manufacturing partners, ordering components, assembling, testing, and optimization.
