As Chief Engineer, you supervise the overall technical design and ensure that every subsystem fits together mechanically, electrically, and operationally. You manage the master CAD model, lead technical decision-making with the Technical Manager, and guide engineers so the car is buildable, safe, and performant.

What you willl do
- Manage the overall CAD model and configuration.
- Integrate all the designs from the technical sungroups (Aerodynamics, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural) into a coherent vehicle architecture.
- Lead multidisciplinary design reviews and make trade-offs with the Technical Manager to hit performance, safety, and schedule goals.
- Validate feasibility and manufacturability before release; ensure designs meet challenge regulations and safety standards.
- Support the full production, assembly, and testing.
- Coordinate with subgroup leads on priorities, constraints, and dependencies; maintain a clear release plan to production.
