As a Partnerships & Acquisitions team member, you secure the resources that power the project. You will identify prospects, craft proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships so that partners see clear value while the team receives the funding, materials, and services needed to win.

What you willl do
- Keep in touch with partners/sponsors that are already supporting us and getting new ones to join our network.
- Ensure that there are enough resources to make the whole project possible (in-kind contribution, financial support and advice).
- Look at what the team requires and find companies that can help you further, together with the management, technical subgroups and your fellow acquisition buddy.
- Draft and manage agreements in coordination with management; track deliverables, legal/branding requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain a clear CRM pipeline, forecasting, and partner health metrics; report progress and risks to management.
- Coordinate with Communications and Marketing for partner visibility, and with Technical subgroups for in-kind product integration.
- Ensure post-signature excellence: relationship reviews, fulfillment tracking, and renewal preparation with data-backed outcomes.
